Hello Mate:wavey:

I included the smoke fx file in the first zip in case you didn't have it.. drop that into your FSX effects folder:) Pennsylvania texture folder sent in the second zip ..texture.38

For the sake of simplicity.. there is no new model for Penn.. it uses the Arizona model;)

Weird problem with the beautifully modeled Arizona. In free flight works just fine but for some reason in AI carriers it won't move shows up just fine but won't move in inch. Any ideas? Never had this issue with any other ship and all the others still work just fine.

In the AI Carriers menu (CTRL + J) try pressing the 1 key or click on the FORWARD menu option and soon you should start to see it moving forward. :untroubled:

I split the two ships as separate items in the AI carriers menu, And now, I am happy to say they both work.
Thanks to DaveB for his assistance in clearing up the things that I didn't understand before in setting these two ships up
in AI Carriers. Appreciate it :encouragement:

Hi GE..

Yup.. it's difficult to get your head around things some times. Repaints for FSX ships work in exactly the same way they do for a single model FSX aircraft. You don't need a new model file/folder for each paint.. you simply add new paints to the aircraft folder and add the entry to the aircraft.cfg. You do exactly the same for ships. Add the repaint then add the entry in the sim.cfg for that paint. If the paint uses a different model.. then you reference that model in the sim.cfg. It's easy to think of ships as separate entities but in reality.. FSX handles them in much the same way it handles aircraft;) Glad you got there in the end:encouragement:
