V 5.1 CTD after video driver update

I had installed V 5.1 which included the recent hotfix and all was well and stable until updating the divers for my GeForce RTX 2080 card. Now P3D loads and the CTD without warning after the aircraft selection screen loads. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a clean copy with the same results. Looking for suggestions. Any help appreciated. Thanks

If Nvidia drivers, this is a known issue. Solution so far is to use the previous version of the video driver, not the latest.
