VC realistic zoom level

So, I've always used 0.50 zoom level in the vc. But I've read somewhere that it's not realistic, a more realistic zoom level would be from 0.60 to 0.75. I've tried that but I really have to get used to that, as everything seems gigantic...

What are you all using?

Depends on the aircraft and how clear the gauges are.

A lot of it also depends on:

Small changes can have big effects. Mostly with fore/aft and up/down.

I agree about an over-all 0.5 mag setting. For smaller cockpits it "feels" right, for larger aircraft I'll also use 0.75.
I don't use VR, I'm happy with just the VC and my hat switch.
