I was able to put 32 bit XP and Windows 7 64 bit on the same HD.

In CoD there are effect that you can only get With Windows 7 64 bit.

That you can not get with XP 32 bit.

Probable is the fact of DX10.

Thanks for that! I could make a few observations about the sim, but I won't since my rig is unlikely to run it faster than slideshow.

But is that how to trounce Jerry in a Hurricane - keep on the ground??? :icon_lol:
 
as stated i feel in eto , the ground textures set correct and with the upgrade on scenery /textures , and our models and effects , except there water is better , we rock the masters dont have false p/r the reality is in our eto , set - maw etc.....

CFS3 and the Expansions are what thy are and CoD is what it is.

I will and do enjoy them both.

The grass and trees in CFS3 is a product of DX9. The same for CoD only DX10/11


I have not really gotten to set down and just fly CoD yet.

Its still new and there is but one new mission that has been made.

If you see in the video the FPS are not bad for the Rig and having the setting on high but in forests(low) and buildings (low) amount. The building detail (medium)

LOL, I did not have the brake set on the joy stick. After putting Windows 7 on the HD I had to reinstall the Saitek X52 drivers. New drivers at that, 64 bit.

CoD has yet to prove its self as a great sim.

When I first got CFS3 my PC could not fly it at settings wroth flying but I did and this is the same with CoD. Is it worth the up grades to fly this sim. CFS3 was and Cod should be.

CoD has released a new patch. Thy have added some settings that will make it possible to fly on most PC.

I would have to say that if you can fly ETO on high settings you can fly CoD. To have the full effect of the sim 64 bit is best.

By the time CoD gets to the States thy will have the bugs work out. LOL

Flyer, will ClOD work with DX11? I'm working towards getting Windows 7 64bit soon and running a dual boot system with a 2nd HDD.
