Virtual Simulator

This may have been asked and answered in the past, and if so, my apologies for not making full use of the search function. But here goes. Has anyone been able to setup a virtual simulator setup on CFS3 utilizing different monitors for different views, thus increasing the "reality" factor of the simulator? I've seen plenty done with FSX using 3, 4, 5, plus monitors on more than one PC networked together. I would love to see this accomplished on CFS3, if it hasn't already.

Anyone?

Hi oldskoolbug,
I have seen old threads on this subject. Apparently there was no difficulty with multiple monitors. There was also some discussion of hardware but none of those old threads exist now.
cheers

Triple head 2 go sounds like a fantastic and easy solution. If I could afford to, and could actually set it up. I'd love to have a minimum of 5 screens setup. One for your front view, two for 45 degrees (one left, one right) off your frontal view, and another two for your 90 degress (left and right). It would give you a full 180 degrees of view. That would be AWESOME!

Logistically, I'm not even sure if it could be done! Maybe with a dual monitor video card, and two triple head 2 go devices, it could be done. But the overall cost would be substancial! 5 or 6 screens, two triplehead2go devices... wow... Has anyone at all on this forum done something like this before? At least with more than one screen? I would love to see some pictures of the setup and/or video.

I've had TH2Go and Track IR for some years now, and I can't imagine flying without it. I used to get wiped out very quickly by the unseen enemy coming at me from somewhere outside by field of view. It really took a lot of the fun out of combat sims for me.

Now I stand a fair chance of having enough situational awareness to at least know who's trying to kill me.
