Virus message with all Stuart Green's aircraft downloads

I've tried to download Stuart Green's aircraft & am getting a virus error message for each one.
I'm not getting a virus message with any other downloads.

Anyone willing to download a Stuart Green plane to check?

I just downloaded this Halifax (picked randomly):

SG Halifax

Stuart Green's Handley Page Halifax B.MK VII for Combat Flight Simulator2

I put the zip file on my desktop and scanned it with Windows Defender and it was clean. I then opened the zip file with WinRAR and ran a command line virus check from within WinRAR itself and that was clean too.

Did you say it's happening on ALL of his aircraft?

Stuart's donationware aircraft for FS2004 have executable files for installation. This could be the problem.

The CFS2 downloads are conventional zip files.

Which aircraft specifically are causing the error messages?

It must me me, somehow.
I'm using Defender as well.
Even when I disable Devender, I get 'Couldn't Download - Virus scan failed'
Then the file is removed.
Nothing is listed in 'Protection History'

It's not only Stuart's planes, it is all downloads now.

Problem solved but...
All of a sudden, I have a folder in my Download folder called 'Archives'
That's where my downloads are ending up.
No idea as to how & why that folder was created.. It was not there yesterday.
I decided to have a hard look at my Download folder to check (obviously) downloads. Then I looked at the Folders, & there it was!
It now makes sense as to why the zip was 'Removed' But the message 'Couldn't Download - Virus scan failed' is false! The files did download.

Anyway...
