A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Skins - American

Description: Vought SB2U-3 Vindicator VMSB241 JUN-42 skin by UncleTgt.

This is a repaint for the reworked & extensively updated version of Paul Clawsons SB2U Vindicator converted for CFS2. This aircraft depicts an aircraft of USMC VMSB241 from Midway June 1942.

To install, unzip the download and place your chosen texture files in the texture folder for the SB2U-3 model within the aircraft folder in your CFS2 Main Directory.

Thanks to
Paul Clawson for the original aircraft.
The Virtual Navy for converting it for use in CFS 2, & the first update.
Allen & Kelicheart for the latest reworking.
Allen for the paint template - a smashing start point for repaints.
This is freeware and subject to the usual conditions.

You're welcome Jagd, but it needs a further update. I hadn't realized the SB2U prop blades should have the early blue/red/yellow tips as seen in several TBD Devastator pre-war repaints, until UncleTgt pointed it out to me.

Not only the blue part was left out, but the colour sequence in Allen's livery is reversed as the red should be towards the blade tip.

I'll fix it and upload a dedicated pack including my alternative dp with Dbolt's weapons hanging from different wing pylons than the stock ones.
