VN´s Essex Carriers...

Hi all.

Anyone knows if the Virtual Navy staff is still available?, time ago I had the idea about modifying their nice CFS2 USS Lexington static model and create more angled deck static carriers ..

I sent an email time ago explaining this project but never recieved an answer back....my intention is to make a package similar to the modern ''Carriers 2006'' Nimitz class carriers....with catapult and arresting gear entries....

by 1961-1962 most of these carriers were used on deveral westpac and mediterranean cruises before being deployed to Vietnam.....so Im trying to represent those locations......

Ill try to contact them again, I don´t like to keep this personal

Gee, Thanks!! :) :)

I'll contact him and expose my project....however, I know this will not be much of interest since I've seen most people here uses FSX, which gives way better options with moving carriers.

.......my intention is to offer a bit of vintage looking for those users who still use FS9 (like me :) )

Thanks again.
Juan

No problem. From my experience from my old cfs2 days they are a nice group of guys, i wouldn't imagine you having any problems getting permission.
Looking forward to your new project, you cannot have enough carriers in FS.
Jamie.
