VRS TACPAC FLIR/Milviz F-15E problems

Don't know why the link has been removed?
My problem was I could not even start FSX, it hang at the opening screen. The solution for me was to uninstall the TACPAC.
VRS and MILVIZ need talk to each other to resolve this issue.

Um....I have been in contact with VRS the whole time to make sure there are no conflicts. The link was lost because the Milviz server crashed and i am uploading the file again to fix it.

Naruto, do you plan to use TacPac to make the sensors of the Mudhen more realistic, so that we can make patch maps etc.?

I had the flir issue as well but did not own the milviz f-15.. Turned out the problem was a d3d9.dll issue related to an enb mod or an external frame rate limiter.
