THAT is a cool looking plane!
Unusual, but really neat.

I may sound like a broken record, but you don't suppose it would be a White List qualified bird, would it? Just wondering.
Pat☺

Hi Pat :)

Thanks, but no, it cannot be a white listed aircraft as it never went into production with a minimum of 10 units.

We can still enjoy it everywhere else though. :wiggle:

Military fuel gauge inoperative.

Hello Milton. Just downloaded the new FSX native Goose and noticed the fuel gauge isn't working in the military variant. The one in the #43 STP does so I compared the fuel gauge and fuel gauge_4 xml files and they are identical between the two. So why does one gauge work while the other doesn't, and what (if anything) can I do on my end to fix it? (I tried my earlier install of the Goose to see if it worked and noticed the fuel gauge setup was different as well having four gauges. The two wing tanks read full while the centers read empty.) The leaning curve on this stuff seems to be mighty shallow for 'ol Mr. Patterson!

Bah! My apologies Sir.

1) Open the aircraft.cfg and find the Fuel Section.

2) Copy paste the following to replace the Fuel Section, then save and test.

Let me know how that goes.

[fuel]
//Longitudinal (feet), Lateral (feet), Vertical (feet), Usable(gallons), Unusable (gallons)
fuel_type =1
number_of_tank_selectors =1
electric_pump =1
fuel_dump_rate=0.02000
anemometer_pump=0
manual_pump=1
engine_driven_pump=1
Center1 = 1.0, 0, -0.6, 378, 15

PERFECTOMUNDO!!!:applause: Since the gauge wasn't working naturally I checked the gauges in the panel.cfg. Totally forgot about the fuel entry in the aircraft.cfg. Thanks Milton! (Like I said, shallow curve!)

Thanks for the answer, Milton. That's kinda what I suspected, but hey, worth a shot. Still looks to be fun plane, though, so off I go to see how she flies!
Have fun all!
Pat☺
