Is anyone else having trouble getting past the installation manager today?

I was about to fire up the sim but first came here.

Yep, installation manager was there for a couple of seconds, It's loading now.

I'm on the steam version btw.

Well, I went and had dinner, and it was up when I came back. It was stuck for at least 15 minutes while I was cooking.
