• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Flying on line.

~S~ RedRab,

There are a lot of us still flying, but not as much as there once was.

The AAC flies on Sunday mornings, 11:00 am Eastern Time, U.S. The TeamSpeak IP is: aacserver.thruhere.net:8767

The 45th Flies on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:00 pm Central Time U.S. The TeamSpeak IP is: 45thpeacemakers.no-ip.org

Before you can fly on-line you need several things, all of them are free.

1. TeamSpeak 2. Needed to talk with other players. Once you have TeamSpeak installed, you will need a headset, I guessed I lied about the all free part. Anyway, when you have it installed you can go to the ACP TeamSpeak and someone can help you with any problems you might have. You should go to their site and register to get a password.

It is like a hangout for pilots and others.

2. CFO Weather. To set the time and weather conditions and travel to the starting airbase.

3. TG2/No Splash. To carry bombs and rockets and see their effects on the ground. Also, to aim your guns on bombers.

4. Refuel Zones. To get your aircraft refueled, with out leaving the game.

5. A GPS. To find targets.

6. Head to Head Fix. Makes your collision bubble smaller, so you do not crash into things that are farther then your wing tips.

7. Classlist. Lets you land on aircraft carriers and keeps your boat from sinking.

There are a lot of other things that you will need and can add them later.

All can be found here:

Hope to see you back in the not so friendly skys,
