Here are the three I 've just uploaded here and at Flightsim.com. They are Thomas Doody's 'Cathy Beloved', Charles Hamme's 'Kitty and Bunny' and Robert King's 'Dizzy Rebel'. Many thanks to John and Jan Kees for their help with the research!
