Warning! A Pirate!

Actually Stiz, in the UK that was more than likely sprayed on using a substance called Portaflek. Ugly stuff, but tough as old boots.

hehe wasnt meaning it like that, empeck should know what i'm getting at .. at least i hope he does :icon_lol: :ernae:

Of course. They did it with small brush :173go1:

This is how tiled texture looks. It is just a cropped piece of photo I did :D

Together with baked ambient occlusion it looks quite good I think.

have you changed it since nick recived his copy?? cos his doesnt tile all that well :)

Sorry for being a pain, i just cant stand textures where you can see the seams :monkies::ernae:

Gorgeous sailplane! I might have to look into sailplane flying, with quality work like that! Lot of good extremely high quality freeware coming from Poland these days. Whatever is in the water over there, keep drinking it!

That is incredible detail. It's hard to belive this is freeware. I wish I was that talented.

Thanks

Rhydian

Great shots Nickster!! I'm amazed at the quality and quantity of the aircraft lately, this work is top notch! :applause::applause::applause:

well i never read the manual anyways so you can drop that, paint kits useless for me .... so can i have it now?? :icon_lol:

Not a glider person myself (although going up in the real thing is quite an experience), but I may be tempted to give this one a try when it's done. The detailing is outstanding!

Also, I wish my sim looked as sharp and clear as Nick's. I've no idea how you've managed to get it to look that way, but I haven't seen FSX looking better than you've got it.

That is stunning, I love FSX for it's improved gliders and thermals. With all this payware out this week, here is actually something I will be able to afford:ernae:
