"Warning invalid argument supplied for each () in . . ." msg

I just tried downloading the textures for the Ki-46 that have been put up on the website today and get the following msg when clicking first on the link to the download, then on the "download" button:

"Warning invalid argument supplied for each () in . . ." along with some symbols and the word "bootstrap" in bold type.

Does anyone know what's going on here?

Edit: Here's a sample I copied for examination:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/includes/class_bootstrap.php(999) : eval()'d code on line 56
 
It's another issue with the software, and the admin's are aware. Hopefully it'll be sorted out soon.

This goes on for line after line after line.

Looks like some of that technogibberish you see on sets on "Star Trek."
