WASHINGTON X DEMO Released

Just a heads up, Drzewiecki Design has released it's WASHINGTON X DEMO (Washington D.C.) for FSX and P3D and you can get the demo over at Avsim. FSXA/FSX-Steam, and most versions of P3D are covered. In my quick test, I was impressed with how it looks overall.
