• There seems to be an up tick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

We need one of these for FSX

Just thought I'd start a little discussion. Wish Milviz would take this on like they did the Stuka.

When somebody would make it, I would feel obliged to fly it. So better not, as I already have far too many aircraft to fly in one virtual life....... :dizzy: :biggrin-new:

Cheers,
Huub

You got a ton of 'em in the respective flightsim.

Unless you get a good shot into the oil cooler on the belly, you can waste half of your ammo on one. Even more when you're flying an early F- series Bf-109 with the small 15mm cannon.

I'm guessing this was sky fair at Paine field this past Saturday? I was there too. Great day! Much better than aviation day in May!

I recall someone was modeling one of these in Blender and had a thread about it at FSDeveloper.

Best, Paul

The MV Stuka is still one of my favorites.

And yes, this was taken at Skyfair last Saturday. We loved it, despite our hotel bill with the big bar tab. :very_drunk:

With or without P-38 engine and prop? : )

From the sound of it, there may be as many as two more Il-2's flying soon/in the future, currently being restored by the same company that did FHC's Il-2 pictured (and the well knwon Mig-3's and Polikarpov fighters),
Aviarestoration.
