Weird pauses, but only with certain planes . . .

So, I've been going through my hangar flying every plane, and I've come across an odd problem. All my planes load into the hangar just fine, and I can run through all of the views without issue. However, some planes that used to run fine now cause significant pauses when loading into a flight (even the music glitches and pauses). Then, with only those planes, I get occasional freezes during the flight that last between 1 and 8 seconds. All other planes work fine -- no stutters and no pauses. The planes don't seem to have much in common, either. For example, the A2A Comanche, the Aerosoft DHC-6, and the CaptainSim C-130.
Anyone else have this issue and know of a way to fix it?
 
You probably don't want to hear this, but I also have the somewhat same issue, occasionally. With totally different aircraft, and rarely the same ones often. I've only tested maybe 15 or so of the aircraft in my rather large hanger.
