Weird Problem in FSX

Sundog

SOH-CM-2025
...I'm guessing I may have to uninstall everything I've installed over the past couple of weeks, but I want to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

My throttle in FSX will not go lower than 21% power. I've never had that happen before, and it is happening in all of my planes. I've installed about 10 new planes in the past month, but haven't flown that much until yesterday.

I've installed the CR Tri-Motor, Baytower RV-7 Beta, CS 707 and 757, and some others. BTW, I use the Saitek X45 setup in FS.

If anyone else has encountered this please let me know. BTW, if I even move the throttle in the VC all the way back, it just pops right back up to 21% as well.

Thanks in advance if anyone has seen this.

What does the throttle axis in Standard.XML look like. Check the line for AxScale.
