So, all of a sudden, in my aircraft selection menu, the thumbnails are all for the wrong planes. They're shifted like one or two to the right. When I select the plane by it's description, that's the plane I get. If I view the panes by aircraft manufacturer or by type, the thumbnails are back to normal. Anyone else ever have this problem?
 
When i scroll up or down too fast i have the row of aircraft start with "a" again somewhere in the middle. The same happenes when scrolling bottom up.
probably too many aircraft in my hangar :wiggle:
 
Yeah this happens sometimes, it's just one of those things like Warrant said normally from scrolling to fast or similar, if it's happening all of the time then you may have a problem, but I doubt it mate!
 
Thanks for the responses, but it happens all the time. Even after I exit and restart the sim. I've even shut down and restarted. I've checked all the texture folders and aircraft.cfg files. I can't find anything amiss. It's a little thing, but I worry it's a symptom of a much bigger thing. Any more ideas?
 
Check your thumbnail files between the aircraft that are correct and those that are wrong. A missing thumbnail will throw the whole thing out of kilter. Happened to me twice
 
Nope. All my thumbnails are there and in the proper place. When I look at any plane under a sub-menu of the selection screen (like "single-engine prop" or "rotorcraft") the right thumbs are with the right plane. The problem only occurs on the "all" screen with "show all variations" checked. Also, I just noticed that several planes are showing up as "legacy" under the aircraft type menu. There is no "legacy" in any ui_typerole line in any aircraft.cfg that I can find.
This is really starting to weird me out.:isadizzy:
 
I had that with the default DC-3's. I had 2 with the same name. Once I renamed them it was OK.
