Welcome to Skyhaven, MAB 03

Anything new to see Tim?
Nothing new model wise.
Been trying to figure out why the "go to airport" only works for MAB's over water. I got a couple of MAB's over land, and your plane starts on the ground beneath the MAB when you "go to airport"
FSX can be a doozie sometimes.....

It seems the "Thunderbirds" have returned!

Hmmm, could it be a difference in altitude based on the airport reference information? I was wondering how that was going to work since it can placed anywhere. With varying altitudes, the AFCAD wouldn't be usable because it has a "fixed" altitude.

Thanks for the update though, it's looking great.:salute:

I have all the MAB's set at 250F AGL. They all have the same VOR and tower freq's. I may just delete the overland locations. Don't want to spend forever on it!

Airport elevations are MSL based, so if you're coding for 250F and the land element is higher than that it will position the start down on the ground. Did that make sense? Tired mind in operation here.

Try setting the start location (airport elevation) to ground + 250. If you need help getting the ground elev where you want to place LMK, there are a couple of tools to give exacting numbers.
