In fact it was the Elf'n'Safety Brigade served a notice on the site. Some piffling regulation about sufficient clearance from essential menu items and overhead clearances, not to mention the broken glass wasn't swept up nearly often enough and sensitive visitors being alarmed and having to lie down in darkened rooms to recover their nervous state.
