Roger doesn't let folks go after one season - I give Juan no more than 2 in Indycar if he doesn't improve...

Maybe yes or maybe no Ed.
I think (just me, myself) that I'd need some time adjusting from those NASCAR 'Barges' to the current generation of INDYCAR canoes.
And perhaps he might be happy to retire if it comes to that after 2 seasons.
