Went for my first bike ride today

I went mountain biking today for the first time since late July after that fateful visit to the urologist. It felt good, I've missed it! Didn't ride for long, just 45 minutes, wanted to test out my new, prostate friendly seat, could definitely tell a difference between it and my old one. I think running and walking has helped me stay somewhat in shape, couldn't really tell much difference between "then and now" in hill climbs. Didn't push it too hard though..

Ahhhhhhhhhh the fresh air :jump:

Do not think you need a mountain bike my friend. Should check out a recumbent as I hear they are very prostate friendly. I saw some on the trails today and look mighty comftorable with their seats and such. Think if I was on a laid back seat like that with a back rest could ride all day. Good to hear you are back in the saddle again though.

Fantastic Darrell,I'ts amazing how the wind and sun on your face can lift your spirits when needed!! Rock-On My Man!!!:jump:

Darrell,

Glad you are doing so great! I too, went for a bike ride. A short one in downtown Blue Ridge, GA, after I picked up my 10 speed from the bike shop. So much fun to ride after all these years!
