For some reason Nick's cockpit shot has a texture missing , the other team members seem to have it working and i thought i might show what the interior is supposed to look like while i troubleshoot Nick's install .

It seems I did indeed have a corrupt texture sheet in the VC images above. The pictures below show a true representation of the VC as it stands in the present Beta, as Chuck's image above.

Sorry about that Chuck :173go1:

That will be joining the Vulcan, Catalina and Dave Garwood's Beaufighter in my FSX hangar, for certain. Yet another great model.

Hi - that VC looks amazing. I hate to say this but the external views dont look right to me somehow. I think its the way the cockpit canopy, windshield etc are reflecting - maybe its just the screen shots. Some look over reflective yet other parts dont look refective or even glazed. As such a big feature of the aircraft I hope it does look better in motion than shown.

I hope the VC have refections in the glazing?

It said 'Beta', remember? :173go1:

Looking forward to it. I've had no joy getting my AlphaSim model to work in FSX. Good job then that I recently did a reinstall of FS9, after a years absence from my HD, and was able to fly it again. :wiggle:

I'd like to run FS9, but sadly this newer PC just doesn't like it at all. High FPS, but stutters all the time.

Thats a pity. I must admit I've never heard of faster PC's causing a problem with FS9. Have you thought of installing to a second machine, or even a laptop maybe?

Getting back to the Lysander; I hope that it will at least match the quality of the Bobcat. It's currently one of my favourite framerate friendly models, in which I can fly with scensery settings ramped up a bit.

I'd install it to my old machine which ran it fine, but I foolishly passed it on to a family member who was having problems with a dated machine.
