• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

Getting back to the Lysander; I hope that it will at least match the quality of the Bobcat. It's currently one of my favourite framerate friendly models, in which I can fly with scensery settings ramped up a bit.

Without ANY criticism to Simon, who made the Bobcat as his second aircraft ever, the Lysander is in a different league and a lot of investment in both time, MONEY, volunteer time and many people's blood, sweat and tears went into it.

The project got blown out of the water three times because of developers not delivering what was expected (very possibly a problem with my own expectations and inexperience with aircraft modeling/publishing), and we're now finally in a stage where we have the sort of product I was investing my money in!

And I'll tell you something else. I will NOT publish it until I am completely satisfied with the plane itself, but also with the documentation, the scenery add-ons and the 'missions' I have in mind for it (these are not FSX missions, but more like written and documentated adventures for the user to follow).

Ths package needs to be a true ode to Hugh Verity and all of his fellow pilots and the resistance people they served. Nothing less.
