What happened to Netwings?

Is Netwings gone for good? They've had an announcement up forever. Are they ever gonna get back online?

[sorry if I'm the only one who doesn't know, lol]:gameoff:
 
I believe a few things happened. One was a rather severe server failure and Neil's health in bad shape.

No ETA that I know of for it coming back.
