Reasons why


#1 made a video for hobbit someone said it had a virus scanned it with Norton found nothing.
#2 not going to get in a P**sing contest over something that little I will just leave
#3 not going to have my name attached to a virus.

See they deleted my video I made for hobbit for his birthday so I am threw around here. 2 people complain and my work is gone 80+ seen it I guess with no problems cause only 2 or 3 people complained and the funny part about it is you can not d/l it just watch it like on u tube I ran Norton's on my system and found nothing in it cause I made a point to look there and scan that file ran it on line with no problems Norton did not stop it so means I found nothing wrong with the video and they decided to delete it so there is no point in me doing anything more with the chance of it getting deleted cause someone say's it has a virus when it did not from my point of view with this said I am leaving SOH again and I do not see the chance of me returning cause everytime I come here something always happens to make me leave thought it would be different this time but I still see a few can still ruin it for others and I will not be a part of this at all and sad part is when they removed my post no one here at SOH said they did or gave a reason why just removed it. and it was gone now like me

While I can't make excuses for the actions of the moderators of the forum here, I am sure that this may just be a SOP reaction given the recent loss of the forums and information on them due to a virus. To me it seems better to take swift action while things are sorted rather than to leave them be and find out later that you should have reacted sooner. Better safe than sorry so to speak.

As a forum owner yourself that has recently come under attack, I would hope that you would be a little more forgiving than just to give up after a wrinkle in the fabric was thought to be found. I know that I wouldn't be so quick to condemn the fine folks here, but take more of a wait and see approach to see just what happens. Who knows maybe after the file has been scanned by the mods, it'll be restored, I'm sure it hasn't been removed, just secluded from public access until it can be determined whether it is safe or not. Patience my friend, we are all still a little jumpy about viri (plural for virus?).
