What's going on in the skies over the CiC?

Another headline:[h=1]Two (more) civilian planes intercepted near Camp David[/h]If they're testing our responses it's getting pretty obvious. I haven't seen much explained about the pilots actions or who they are in all the news stories.

Actually, they're just an assortment of GA pilots and students with no malicious intent. There's lots of small GA airports between D.C. and northern Maryland, and all kinds of controlled (restricted) airspace every time you make a turn.
