That is an indication that the Domain Name has not been renewed and is now expired.

My book mark must be very old then it is still .com

Mine too and it works just fine.

We've lost the window dressing too. Trying to resolve that at the moment but I don't know why some of you were having problems unless the old domain name has only just expired and those with .com have only just found they can't access.
