• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Where is City Update X

I seem to remember it was TBD 09/17 so "tentative" - guess they are mega busy getting ready for the 2024 update live stream next week
 
They usually release things on Thursdays, you should it was not supposed to be released on 9/19?

For the last month I have been eagerly looking at the releases on each Thursday hoping to see the B707 released and so far disappointment.
 
Alas todays has come and gone, and no City update X, No 707, teaser about FS2024 but that's a couple months away, hurry up and wait.
 
What even IS City Update X? I can't find any info on it online. What city are we anxiously waiting for? :)
 
Good question, the last development update roadmap I could find on the development updates blog is from July 25 and it just says 'TBD'. So not sure why anyone would get excited about that. And unlike the 707 which was late, I have no idea about the city update.

I'm guessing City Update X got bumped due to FS2024 work. Wasn't mentioned during any recent streams.

The dev stream is tomorrow and they'll be taking questions, so someone could always ask then. But given that they haven't said a word about what it would be, but they have talked about Brazil which isn't coming until after FS24 ships, X is probably not in the cards for the near future.
 
Yep. Just saying that since they have talked about Brazil and there hasn’t been a peep about CU10, I’m guessing that got bumped for FS24 work.
 
The roadmap they showed in today’s dev stream had nothing about CU X. Guessing we’ll see it in 2025.
