While I'm Waiting

While I'm waiting for a crack at doing some repaints for the upcoming AH C-46, I figured I keep in practice a bit with the CalClassic one.

I'm not sure when this iivery was sported by this one as most of the pics I've found of it in Wien service was in a simpler paint scheme, but I found 3 pics of it in this scheme (one a close up of another) and didn't have pics of all of it, but I took some educated guesstimates on the wings and part of the tail and came up with this for the Wien Alaska C-46 "Arctic Liner".

I'm gonna stare at it for a while (QC checks) then package it up for upload

Hey Willy,
Another great repaint for the venerable CalClassic c-46. Gotta say those spinners in the source images make it look even sweeter.

Wonder if AH will consider them in a postwar airliner-freight dawg model? 'Spose anything is possible...
