Hey All,

One or two people here know I am country (bluegrass, red dirt, etc) through an through. I l unlike most left my high school rock behind long ago after actually growing up. So yes I was at a bluegrass festival today - great time BTW. Yet here is a singer I had never heard of until last week and I - right now - can't get enough of her music - she ain't bluegrass she ain't country. The songs, the voice I have always been a sucker for that hard edged "I'm gonna kick your Go Nads in" kinda female voice - along with other weaknesses :bump:. Anyway welcome to Gin Wigmore...

Ellen absolutely gets this one right!!! (In having her on her show.)

I love the two Gretsch guitars leadin it all...

Another - The Devil in me...

I love finding talent even if only to enjoy it myself...

Who you listening to?

Been listening a lot to Andrew Stockdale's first album recently. He's the lead singer of Wolfmother but he has stopped using that name and is now using his own:

I also like the '50s style of miss Caro Emerald:

My favourite stoner/blues rock band Clutch have a new album out:

And some more extreme music I won't bother you with.. ;)

I, like Txnetwife, like Mandisa's song, "Good Morning"!

A few weeks ago, I saw Third Day, along with two other performers, one of them being Josh Wilson. Josh Wilson, alone, was worth going to see. He is an amazing singer and guitarist! Volume is low....turn it up!!

My favorite singer, however, is Michael Johnson!
