My favorite so far:

KBJC Tower: ”Cessna N435EC, cleared to land Rwy (blah blah) Detroit Metro”

Me thinking: “I’m landing at Rocky Mountain Metro...in Denver...Colorado.”

What's wrong with Runway 8? Is it a problem ATC has such a high opinion of your flying skills?

2427 ft. hill, 5686 ft. from runway, 2:1 slope to clear

-	MOUNTAIN ON APCH TO RWY 08. RECOMMEND USE OF RWY 08 ONLY BY PILOTS FAMILIAR WITH TERRAIN. Better than 11 60 ft. trees, 560 ft. from runway, 6:1 slope to clear

If you actually try to fly that pattern, you'll find that "Mountain on approach" is literally at the end of the runway. Here's a link to the landing view for 26 as seen in Google Maps' 3D view.
