Has anyone found a way to make CFS2 work better with widescreen monitors?

I've been using in aircraft panel .cfg files;

VIEW_FORWARD_ZOOM=0.800

which seems to work better for widescreen than the default settings (but generally needs some adjustment of the guns!), but maybe someone has found something better/more effective, maybe in the CFS2.cfg file?

You could change the screen size of the game and for the rest of the space you could make a video of girls dancing under the game screen if you don’t mind running to programs at once.

Hi RWILLS,

There's only 1 option that I'm aware of. In the cfs2.cfg just check if you have the below under the display settings.

WideViewAspect=True

Cheers
