wierd fraps problem

I have a dual monitor setup and when I fly FSX for some reason FRAPS appears on the 2nd monitor I have it set up to take a snap every 10 seconds, so I end up with lots of screenshot like this.

but when I am on the free flight screen (where you chose which aircraft you want to fly. etc ) I see the FRAPS numbers in the aircraft box and I get screen shots like this.

Any ideas chaps?

OK on my quest to fix the above problem I have been playing around with my fsx.cfg file but cant see anything obviously wrong in there (like I know what to look for anyway ). I have now enabled DX10 mode as I thought I might try it now I have a decent vid card, but, I now have another issue Now when I start FSX it starts in the second monitor. I can alt enter to go windowed mode and then drag the screen accross to my main monitor and all is well (even FRAPS works. YAY) but I have to do this every time I start up FSX. Is there a fix for this? If I go back to DX9 mode it starts up fine in the main monitor, but, I then have the FRAPS issue. GRRRRRR.

This is unfortunately common. Fraps seems to randomly select a screen to watch. It will jump back and forth between my two monitors with no pattern I have yet discerned. It will even switch in flight.
