Seems that I missed SPNP between Cuzco and La Paz. As it's not a mandatory airport, I'm not going to worry about it overly much. Yeah that dish (or bowl) you were looking for got lost in the translation. The wait staff is used to "Outsiders" talking about the weather ... Oh Well. Toss another one back on my tab ... well done!
