All the way across India without encountering the permafig. Found it over Pakistan
 
Ok, made it to Cairo with 7% fuel left. Problem is that I should have flown to Alexandria instead so I could make the checkpoint. Now the question is "How do I fly from Cairo to Alexandria with only 7% fuel as I sure don't want to have to pickup an extra 45 minutes of ground time here. Going to have do some studying on this one...
