I just upgraded to Win7 Pro 64bit and currently have fsx installing away in the background.
I had an upgrade key and used it to upgrade from xp 32bit. It was basicly a clean install on a spare 500GB I had brought in. Used upgrade key no problem and now as I say installing FSX again
Theres loads of google results so just google your circumstances and I am sure you will get results relevant to yourself.
