Win7 and OFF2

I am still looking for some help on getting OFF2 to work with win7.
Any idea would be appreciated....not quitting yet!
 
gosd, I have OFF Phase II running on Win7 64 bit, and
don't remember doing anything different than with all
the other expansions. Both Off Manager and Shell files
need permissions for compatability.

Win7 is very much like Vista, just cleaned up a lot.

Reinstalled the whole thing, still have a problem getting started,I get the following message:
UnlimitedPilots.xml file processing error.
What would be the solution for that?
