Window size issues with CFS2 in Vista

Can anyone help, I'm using CFS2 in Vista and having trouble with the window changing size. When I first started using it the window filled up the screen, now it's shrunk to a third of the screen and I can't seem to get it back to full size.

There are two options. One is hit f11. The other is hit alt key and then views and then full screen.
