    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

The vista computer I use had a blue screen problem. I changed the graphics card and computer display was back to normal. I did not get a error message like the one you posted just a blue screen.
 
If your computer can boot to Windows, check the Event Viewer: Control Panel -> Adminstrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> System. Look for error messages.
The Mini022411-01.dmp file will contain the details of your problem.
Do you ever see this: "Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal"?
It could be a bad driver. Have you installed new hardware or installed new drivers?
