Another of 'The Few' has taken his final flight.
Wing Commander KW Mackenzie DFC,AFC,AE passed away at the age of 92 on the 5 June.
Ken became known as 'Super Mac' by members of 501 Sqn when in the latter stages of the Battle of Britain he brought down a Bf109E by knocking off part of its tail with his wingtip after he'd run out of ammunition.
