Wing Spoilers India Foxtrot Tornado

The wing spoilers will not activate upon landing. I understand you can bind the spoilers to the "toggle water rudders" but have had no luck.
Is this tied into the lift mechanism. if so is this a switch in the cockpit ?

Isn't there a detent position on the spoiler lever for auto-spoiler to deploy on touchdown?

Unfortunately, I don't know, but I would also be interested to know exactly what it is.

Lift Dump preselection is associated to the “TOGGLE WATER RUDDER” command – however the key
binding is DISABLED by default. Additional key bindings must be enabled in the WSO menu first.
