Wingman AI

No it won't Mike, I'm replying to the problem with warp causing to high alt (as the mission is too high).

As far as wingmen go, mine seem to only follow commands well if the "All" radar screen is up for some reason. I was on a balloon busting mission and had "Vehicles" up so the Spotter was ID'd (at least I assume it was the balloon on the radar.. maybe not?). Anyway they followed me round and round but never attacked. On the way home we came across another one and this time I cycled to it in the "ALL" radar mode and hit A. They went right for it and took it down. Coincidence?

Gary,

In one of the categories for the radar, the observations balloon will be selectable as a target. Without it the wingmen won't know what to attack. With "All" selected it's up there somewhere so they will. Next time your near a balloon cycle through the available categories and in one of them you'll see two triangles near the spotter. One is the spotter the other is the balloon itself.
