Snow in Texas

Twice when I was TDY to the San Antonio area it snowed and the roads iced over. Both times the roads and highways looked like scenes from "Death Race 2000."

Gee JD....now I know why my great grandparents emigrated! However, in consolation, Scotland still makes the world's tastiest antifreeze.:costumes:

Indeed here in S.A. we got a little bit of accumulation but nothing to speak of. Being born and raised here the last time we got real snow here in San Antonio was 1985.
Jagdflieger we do have some issues with freezing rain as the city pretty much shuts down and the streets look like a war zone with accidents.

The

best part is snow yesterday- 60 degrees today-snow all gone, but it is a fun thing as long as you do not have to drive- then you take you life in your hands, the people down here in snow seen to think they can do 70 miles an hour and still stop an a very short distance-NOT. but its going to be ok when the sun comes up. you guys have a great day
