These are some revisions for Wolfi's ki-27b Nate for CFS 2.

The airfile has been revised & optimised for AI formation keeping & combat performance, whilst giving believable performance in speed & ceiling.
The contact points were also tweaked, & the engine data revisions meant the MOI values needed significant adjustment.

This makes the Nate seem twitchy to fly, very responsive to control inputs, & yet somehow...
