Wolfi's Ju87B Wing racks

Hi All......Just installed this fabulous aircraft, one of my all-time favorites. Though I've installed and flown it many times before, this time for some reason CFS2 refuses to find the wingracks. I've checked objects_dp, scenedb weapons, used GC and Db weapons and the default weapons to no avail.....they're there, plain as day, but still won't show up when I fly. Cleaned out all CDPs and filelist.dats.

Could this be in the plane's dp perhaps? Another question: is this an updated version of this aircraft, by chance? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks

They're slightly different.....do you think that'll make a diff?
 
Hmmmm...

The only differences are:

- Bomb Type: Shouldn't make a bit of difference if the weapons are installed correctly

- Wingrack Presence: My DP calls for the racks to stay on the plane when the bombs are dropped [mount.1=JU87_wingrack, 1, 0 translates to One rack, None are gonna drop]

- Bomb Drop Sequence: Mine are set up to drop sequentially -

mount.7=wep_german_sc250, 1, 2
mount.3=wep_german_sc50, 1, 3
mount.4=wep_german_sc50, 1, 4
mount.5=wep_german_sc50, 1, 5
mount.6=wep_german_sc50, 1, 1

Yours are set to drop randomly -

mount.3=wep_ja_60kg_gp, 1, -1
mount.4=wep_ja_60kg_gp, 1, 3

Try using my DP entry [change the bomb names accordingly] and see if they show up and fall correctly.

Found the problem!

SC......this particular download is missing ( I'll check again to be sure) the weapons/texture wingrack.bmp file. I went back to an old Med Install and checked that Stuka against this one....DP's are the same but no error message.

As close as I can figure out, it WAS the weapons/texture file that was missing. I just checked the original file in the download and it has a bombrack but no wingrack.bmp file and because this doesn't match up with the object_dp file and the weapon/scenery file it can't work.

I'm just not sure, because I don't know enough about stuff, but that's what I've found. Come back to me on this if you can, so we can clear this up once and for all. I'm thinking that this Aircraft may have been lost in the crash and was resurrected with a slight change?
