• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

The Johan Maurits van Nassau is also uploaded, including an Afcad and a traffic file. It will sail to the spot from which she bombarded the geman artillery.

I can now get the Friso in her right shape. Got a great book on the Brinio-class ships today.

What about the armoured car, the Landsverk? :icon_lol: Just kidding: will do the afsluitdijk soon. Next the Ijsselmeer will have it's 'flotielje' with the Gruno, the Friso and the Brinio. Holland 1940 is a great project to work on. And eventually I must finish the planes.

maybe one little idea... SORRY !!! Whats about more details, textures at lifeboats and small guns (AA?). Don't get mad at me, it's just an idea ;-) "twinkle". But honestly, it's a wonderfull ship !

I stayed very close to a model I saw and photographed in Kornwerderzand. But I also have to think about the framerates. There are at least six staircases and ladders missing!

You make me laugh: It is meant as an AI ship, and it is detailed far beyond that purpose as it is. It is obvious that you you enjoy this one. That is reward enough for me. Maybe I'll take her up again and add a VC. Not soon! First I have this other baby to finish!

The Friso, I can't await to get this cute little ship. Looks like my flightsim becomes more and more a shipsim :icon_lol: But I can't get enough ships for it.
