Working on De Vlijt (Texel).....

Cees,

looking stupendous!! One ?, are the planes static objects or AI? If Static would it be possible to have them as a separate bgl so easily removed? I do like them, but prefer AI and a static on the ramp will get in the way of the player.

Not entirely sure you could have AI working between land/sea unless the land elevation and sea were the same, even then it raises the question of trolleys that would show on the water to. Mmm conundrum. Would have to have AI in the water only and maybe AI vehicles on land (if there are any apt ones available?).

great stuff,
Jamie

The static planes are all in one bgl file, and thus easily removed. I must reinstall Waahaven as that one had the Fokker CW11 waterplanes flying as AI. Luckily I do not have to reinvent the wheel here!

Thanks guys! I'm spending more time in scenery building at the moment to relax, as I'm having a severe case of insomnia and stress due to workload in real life. I had a burn out once, don't want to get there again, but maybe I already am.
Back on track. Always thinking one step ahead: we should have a D.21 as AI plane. Suggestions?

Here's the new doors on the left hangar.

This is how SBuilder depicts roads....very sketchy as you can see. An alternative would the crisp lines of Afcad. Suggestions?

Cees,
presuming that the lines are 'bity' due to the small width? Could you not use Sbuilder to lay wider, dirt tracks on which to lay the Afcad, would maybe help soften the hard edges of the AFCAD? Dunno if it would work or if it will even look okay, just thinking

Working AI at the landing-stage. Only one building to go and the adding of more details.

Added crates, drums, smoke. There's an AI plane taxiing, several statics of which one is in the water....
